  1. I want to frameserve with virtualdub and convert an Xvid into mpg with TMPGENC 2.58.
The problem is that as I load the vdr file into tmpgenc i get the message that it is unsupported?
    Where lies the problem.
The file concerning is a xvid 4.0file with ac3.
I tried it in differences styles.
I use virtualdubac3 to load the file start frameserve. load vdr file in tmpgenc --> error
I also ripped the audio file to just wav and load it next to the videodata into virtdub and frameserve--> error.
Loading the file only in tmpgenc doesn't give me this error but i need to frameserve.
Its a long story but i hope someone can help me.

  3. I finally figured out how to do it. I first converted ac3 to a wav file,
then load the movie into virtdub and also the wav file.
Then compressed the wavfile. Finally this file i could frameserve in tmpgenc.

    Thanks for your reply.
