Do you Multiplex your sound with your video before authoring or let the authoring program do it? If it is done by say TMPG dvd author will it be in sync or have any problems like that?

From my understanding the authoring program will have to demux a multiplexed MPEG file anyway for the creation of the DVD so no reason to do it yourself.
Plus you sometimes could CAUSE sync problems if you do it yourself anyways.
So it is best to use an Authoring program (like TMPGEnc DVD Author) that accepts seperate VIDEO and AUDIO files and just do it that way.
The authoring program knows what it is doing.
Well most of them
