  1. I just got a Plextor P-708A a few days ago and havent been able to burn even ONE dvd. The problem is not in the writer but in the dvd. How would i backup a Karaoke dvd???? I ripped the entire dvd, chose the chapters i want to back up, and i keep on getting errors saying ac3 audio format is not supported with ROXIO, which is what im using. Do you have any idea how to back up a KARAOKE DVD?? the reason i cut some chapters out is because the dvd is a double layered dvd and i wanted to fit the dvd onto dvd+r so i threw out unwanted chapters, PLEASE HELP, IM PULLING MY HAIR OUT AS I TYPE!!!

  5. 1. Rip one song(Chapter)at a time using DVD Decrypter and save it to a folder. Rename that VOB file to VTS_01_001.VOB
    2. Do the same as the above with other songs (chapters) and save them to the same folder. Rename them to VTS_01_002.VOB , VTS_01_003.VOB.............
    3. If you get any IFO or BUF files just delete them. All you want in the folder is VOB files only.
    4. I recommend to keep the folder size at 4.5gb or less.
    5. Follow this guide at www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/userguides/120021.php
    and finish the rest.

    Hope this help.
