That is a Maxell media code. If they are not Maxell branded discs, and the price seems too good to be true, they are probably fakes (and really terrible media to boot). Caveat emptor.

the price are 104 euro for 100 pcs. Does this sound right??

If they aren't fake then yes, they would be good media, however just looking at the prices for some of the other media on that website you linked to, I see that these discs cost *less* than 4X Princos in the same quantity. Even though they are 2X, I would be very surprised if true Maxell media really could be bought for less money than Princo, which is one of the cheapest brands around.
I think these are probably fakes. If they were real Maxell, why wouldn't the vendor advertise them as such? People would be buying them like crazy at those prices.
