I'm using nero 6 to burn a DVD images created by svcd2dvd (full version) and nero moans about not having a video_ts. ifo and bup file. Is there a way of getting svcd2dvd to create these or should I just not worry about it?

Nero is correct - you should have these files.

    are you building menus?

Yes, I am creating menus. Two VTS sections, the first with three parts and the second with two. A simple menu create, one button for each vts section. No errors in the log file and the tests I had done on the demo version worked just fine.

This is the first run I have done with the full version.

I can run the conversion again and leave the files around if that would help

  8. OK sorted. I noticed that after running the conversion, I only had about 25Kb of disk space left. It appears that perhaps when low on space, svc2dvd doesn't report when it cannot create the mentioned files (I didn't see any error messages). So I checked the box to delete files ripped, re-ran and all was well.

I know I should have had more spare space, but that's life.

    Thanks to all
