  1. My card worked great before I installed DirectX 9. Now no matter which capture program I use, they won't pick up the video signal.

Is there a fix for this problem without having to revert to an older version of DirectX (and a clean install of windows...grrr)

What version of windows are you running? XP?

I've avoided 9, having read here you can not revert to prior versions, though a system restore point might do it - and avoid an OS re-install. :c)
    There's no place like 127.0.0.1

  3. I'm running windows 2000 and have all the latest updates. I've been trying to get this card to work for hours now - even tried the WDM drivers in the tools section.

Aver's download homepage has broken links to their latest drivers (they are probably the same as the ones that came with the card).

I installed my old All in Wonder Radeon card, which works flawlessly with DirectX 9, but since all future video games and video card drivers will require DirectX 9, I really want to get the DVD Easy card to work with it.

    Any more suggestions are appreciated.

I like DirectX 9. Did pretty well at install, made the ATI cards work better.
