When I encode a DVD2AVI project of a 16:9 aspect ratio movie in TMPGenc I can set the source aspect ratio and the output ratio (4:3) up so that the encoder adds the letterboxing to the final MPEG and all is good. Is it possible to do the equivalent process using the Panasonic stand-alone MPEG encoder? Thanks.
