    i have a registered version of tmpgenc plus, (v2.59), but when i try to open a wrking mpeg 2, file inorder to reformat it to prevent overscanning when burning to disk, it says "can not open file/unsupported format. and ive tried increasing the priortry of the directshow multimedia file reader, can any one make any suggestions

    Open it in Virtual Dub mod, and frameserve it to TMPGEnc.
