hi everyone i have jvc dv camera and trying to capture it thru pinnacle studio dv on windows 2000 and my xp computer also
the trouble is it doesnt reconize the dv camera when u plug it in to firewirwe cable it can see the firewire card if u look in network properties its there all ready to go but when u plug it to camera it never works
can somebody please help with some tips or a driver ? my pcs are all up to date from windows updates etc and directx9 is on there too

I can't help with your question, but - friendly advice - :c) it may help to go back and edit your original post's subject to read something like "JVC cam + firewire + pinnacle".
You'd get responses from others who use the same set-up rather than a peek in to see if it's a camera use/purchase question.
