Does anyone know of a software that will display the bitrate during playback. My stand alone unit does this. The nearest I can find to it is PowerDVD's configure menu. But, the figure doesn't update during playback. I think it displays the bitrate from whatever frame the movie happens to be on when you bring up the dialog box.
IF there isn't a player that will do this, is anyone aware of a program that will analyze a VOB and report the min, max, & average bitrate?
Thanks in advance.
Richard.

In PowerDVD just right-click on the screen and choose "Show Information".
Displays video and audio. But video is current bitrate, not min/max. It does change over the course of the video that way.
I usually watch for what it drops to or peaks to but out of interest, not analysing.
I'm sure there's a program for you. I don't happen to know it.There's no place like 127.0.0.1
