    I Downloaded a AVI file and when i played it, It was upside down and flipped back too front (mirrored)
    Are there any programs too put this back too normal?

    Virtual Dub (http://www.virtualdub.org) can do this. There are filters 'flip horizontal' and 'flip vertical' I suspect that the person that made the DivX used the wrong YUY2 4:2:2 format.
