I work in an electronic store and i am planing to make a compilation dvdr in order to make my life easier during a surround sound demo,in other words, taking about 20 chapters from 20 different movies and combine them ito one(obviously, keeping the AC3 or DTS sound). Also, i would like to make an animated menu showing moving thumnails of the chapters.
(if too complicated, i would'nt mind skipping the animated menus).
I know how to use DVDdecrypt and DVDshrink re-author mode, but i was wondering if they were the best tools to use and what other tools was needed for my project.
Thanks for giving me your opinion.

Its not out yet, but the tool discussed in this thread sounds like it might be able to do it.

In the mean time this is what I would try.
Strip each chapter with DVd Decrypter that you want. Besure to demux the video and audio.
Then with DVD Maestro or another Authoring app add each into the project. (In maestro its easiest to add each as a new movie and then link the back of each to the front of the next). Compile and burn.
