I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator that has a factory installed DVD player. I have copied a few DVD using DVDxcopy and have used both + and - media and none have worked in this player. Any ideas would be great, my daughter will thank you.

Yea! I had the same problem... 1st of all, the factory dvd systems DO NOT support "dvdr" media of any type yet.
You'll have to buy an aftermarket system. I found that Pioneer has a head unit that supports dvd-r. The best thing I bought. I still use the factory screen, but use the pioneer head unit to play dvds.
PS. The pioneer receiver is also Dual Mode, which means while the kids are watching a movie in the back, you can still listen to the stereo through the front speakers..
Hope This Helps
