Hi
I have got a mpeg that is not the best quailty if i convert it to dvd
(bigger file size) will this improve it? Or am i wasting my time.
if not what good software do you guys use.

yes i know what you a saying but compression makes the file bad too
so making bigger may help some one must have done it.

If its bad to begin with, it will not improve, but it can always get worst. Answer your question?

Try it, but think about this:
If you lowered the quality so much that all you had was 1 colored pixel on the screen, how could you restore the original from that single pixel? You couldn't. Thats extreme, but thats basicly what you want to do.Ejoc's CVD Page:
