  1. That, what format have better image and better size or if they have the same:

    SVCD at 2520 cbr

    or

    DVD at 2520 cbr

    to put in a DVDR.

    SVC 480x480

    If you put an SVCD on a DVD, it might not work.

    That being said, at the same bitrate, the lower res will be less blocky. So for DVDs I use 352x480
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author

    I agree. For maximum compatibility use DVD at 352x480, @ 2520 CBR the quality and sharpness will be very close to SVCD anyway.
