Hi there ! I have one clip that is Mpeg-1 320x288 25 FPS
I can't burn it as VCD (PAL) becouse of the wrong resolution and bad audio .What i need to do is resize it to 352x288 and fix the audio (224 kb)
Do u guys have any idea how to make it without hurting the quality?
Thank you !

You need to re-encode it to make it VCD compliant. Unfortunately when you re-encode there will be some quality loss. Have you tried burning it, as it is as an XVCD.
