I made the .d2v file needed, I converted it into an .avi with TMPGEnc. I then took the .ac3 file, and converted it to MP3. I then used NanDub to join the audio and video. The first screen that comes up is the "This DVD has been formatted to fit your screen" and the audio begins to play at this screen, so its out of sync from the start. How would I go about setting an audio delay so the audio will come in at the appropriate time? Would I have to add a few seconds of silence to the movies audio or what? Any recommendations on tools to use and methods of doing this would be appreciated.

  2. You should have got A/V delay info when you ripped DVD. Use this info in audio interleaving dialogue and you should be OK.

You really should rip in IFO mode. If not, synch problem might happen.

If all these fail, nothing can help you but your eyes, ears, and a stopwatch. You have to estimate A/V delay by yourself and adjust it by trial and error......
