    I am using WOCD DVD to make music albums which put the audio into an mpeg format using MP2 audio and a bitmap image I beleive. Trouble is, it takes a day to encode the disc since the audio conversion takes so long from mp3 or wav over to the mpeg2 audio format.

    Is there anyway to directly rip a cd to an mp2 audio format so perhaps this will be in the correct format and save a bunch of time.

    CDex can just use the internal MP2 encoder.
