ive been trying to make svcd backups of my cartoon dvds. (south park) and i seem to be havin a problem. i know its interlaced, and i know it looks like shiyt if i deinterlace it with filters in dvd2svcd, but if i try to keep it interlaced then cce crashes, with some offset error. dvd2svcd didnt recognize the ivtc or interlaced or whatever, i chose ivtx to see if cce would crash but it didnt, only the finished product looked like crap. I recently made a back up today of an interlaced film with no deinterlacing and somehow it worked. i just dont understand what the prob is, experts HELP!![]()

Did you try reinstalling your encoding program? It sounds like your filter may be corrupt.
