i think GSA-4040B is the name LG use.

I think way before the drives actually came out, the press releases referred to them as gMa. Now that they are out they are called gSa. Maybe they will relese a bulk version that will be gMa, or maybe the name is just dead. In anycase I don't believe there is any such thing at present time called gMa-4040
