Anyone had their E80H serviced to fix the reboot problem?

After burning over 75 DVD-Rs last week, and experiencing 10-15 reboots, I complained by email to Panasonic. They recommended that I bring the DMR-E80H in for service.

Anyone with the same problem had this done yet?

If so
what did they fix?
did it help?

I'm wondering if it's worth it.
