    I've DVD player with S-Video output, and my TV has euro-scart(21 pins) input. Can I connect scart with S-video. Is there any cable or circuit diagram available, so that I can manage to do this. Kindly help.

    maplins and many other places sell such device and quite a few variation on it .. remember sound needs to be connected as well.
