  1. Hi!
I used DVDDecryptor to rip Bad Taste, then use DVD Shrink 2.3 to make it fit into one DVD+RW. Burnt it using Nero Express through a Sony DRU-500AX.

The movie was in widescreen, and i compressed it by 30% and remove all the trailers and and logos clips.

when i played the DVD+RW, the movie became fullscreen. and it didn't played automatically from my DVD player. It asked u to choose which filename to play, and I have to use the remote to choose the correct VOB file in order to play correctly.

    wat's going on?

    help

    Need some more information .

Did you rip the entire DVD using DVD Decrypter ?

Does the original DVD contain both wide and fullscreen versions ?

What do you mean when you say you got rid of the trailers and logo clips ?

DVD Shrink does not allow you to completely get rid of things , so I need to know what you did in order to help you .

  3. Hi vtecwil!
ok...i ripped the whole disc using DVDDecryter...the preview screen in decrypter told me which files r the trailer and logo. so i dragged only the biggest file in the "reauthor" option. The movie only comes in widescreen format. but in the sleeve it says "enhanced for widescreen TV", what ever that means.

after remapping, i have 5 identical VOBs files. when i use nero i selected all the files to be included in the burning. that's basically wat i did.

hopefully i gave u enuff info to access the situation.

    thanks again!

Okay , you say you dragged some files somewhere . I have never had to drag files using DVD Decrypter . You need to rip the movie in file mode and then use DVD Shrink to re - author . Then burn with your favorite software .
