Problems playing DVDR

I'm having some trouble with some movies that I have backed up to image, then burned to DVD+RW. The common problem is that at some chapter late in the movies, it just restarts my Pioneer 360 to the title logos and starts playing the disc all over again. I've tried a couple of different methods like DVDShrink and CloneDVD (leaving the menus intact). Has anyone got any idea as to what might be causing this behavior?

Edit: Just tried using WinDVD (never did before, since I figured it was a problem with my stationary DVD) and the same problem appears there. It's pretty strange. Could my NEC ND1300 be causing something like this?

Edit2: Also tried a couple of different +RW's, and now I tried playing in the ND1300 and the same thing happens. I also mounted the iso in DeamonTools, same result. So I figure something must've gone wrong with the iso-making. I pretty much used default settings on everything and let the programs do the job, I'm new to this so...

If the problem is present using Daemon tools that means your IFO files are messed up.

Load the ISO up in Daemon tools. Then open your ripper, Decrypter or whatever you use to rip. And rip your virtual drive. This will rip the DVD from the ISO that is loaded in Daemon Tools.

Once ripped, go to the folder you ripped into and remake your IFO and BUP files for your main movie, with IFOedit. Make sure you get VTS sectors and region free it. This will fix your IFO. Odds are only your main IFO file is messed up. VTS_01_0.IFO since you are having problems with the movie itself and not the extras.

Now open WinDVD and play the DVD from the folder and see if everything is OK. If it is....

Download IMGtools from doom9.net, copy the VIDEO_TS folder to the root directory of a drive C:\VIDEO_TS and make the image. Then load that image file into Daemon tools and recheck it just to be sure, but if it played ok from the folder it should play just fine from the image file.

Then burn it. I use decrypter to burn.

That should fix your problem. The problem is probably happening because DVDshrink is compressing something down too much and creating a time stamp error. That's a guess but it's what it sounds like to me.
