    I have done a home DVD. I used tempeg to get it down to Mpeg2. I have the used Adaptec to make a DVD and Temped DVD aurthor and burn`t it using Nero (onto a DVD-RW). The picture is fine but keeps stoping every now and again. It also does it on a few Copied DVD`s i have borrowed. And a few Proper DVDS. Is there anyting i need to tweak. Thanks in advance. Sam

    When you say stopping do you mean freezing for a brief second?
    If so, I had this and solved it by switching media.
    Might not solve your problem but it's a start
