i posted this on the virtualvcr forums and got no response so maybe somebody here knows what's going on
for some reason all the channels are incorrectly numbered in virtual vcr...when i use virtual dub or the ati mmc the channels are correct...for example in virtual vcr, fox is 7 but here in sf it's supposed to be 2
i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no results...any ideas?

You have to set the country code. The person who wrote VVCR is not from the US. If you are, your code is 1. Microsoft is from the US. That's probably why US is 1.

The default is either Australia or Cocos-Keeling Islands. I imagine the author is from the former. But who knows.

thanks! that did the trick...i figured it would be something silly that i missed
my nickname is not intended to be rude or offensive...its there as a reminder for me to appreciate my life..wouldn't you do the same if you learned you were almostaborted? the avatar i though would lighten the nickname but i guess it comes off rather gauche...
