    I have a VCR hooked up to my Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe TV card through some mono dubbing cables and towards the bottom of the screen on any tape there is a line of distortion. It kind of looks like a tracking problem, but it plays fine on the TV and it does it on all tapes (even a brand new tape).. Is this normal? Will it show when played back on my tv after burning it to DVD? Any help is appreciated.

    yes it is normal to see the line at the bottom, but once you capture the video and burn it to a cd/dvd, it should not appear, my capture card does the same thing
