  1. Does anyone know of any DVD authoring package for mac that will accept a DTS audio track?

I don't care about the cost as it won't be my money !!

well there is a rumor that in dsp 2 dts might sorta kinda be an undocumented option, but the person said if you read betweeen the lines, then it looks like it is. but he was just reading the manual and doesn't have the software yet. neither do i cause it hasn't shipped yet. also supposedly tfdvdedit 2.0 might be able to add dts, but that's not set in stone. www.tfdvd.com

but, and i know you said mac, but this is a pretty damn cheap ap here, http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/

you might look at. you could also see if sizzle has any plans to support it in future releases.

oh wait if money is no object, www.sonic.com or sonicsolutions.com and look at dvd creator or creator and fusion, mac products, os 9 only though, and they probably won't be updated at all anymore, but supposedly they work rock solid for what they are. see if they support it.

  4. I'm probably going to get DVDSP2 when it comes out, but I thought no DTS support was forthcoming......

Would be very interesting to hear from those who get it first......
