    Have this Xvid video which i want to convert to VCD or SVCD.It's a DVD rip and i want to convert to VCD without losing the sharpness of the video when watching on TV.
    Tried to use TMPGEnc to convert but there's no picture encoding when i start to encode.Hence i think TMPgEnc is useless.

    Any guides here??

    You'll have to go XSVCD. If you DVD Player doesn't support XSVCD, then go SVCD. Use the guide in the signature.
