    I ripped a movie to svcd using dvd2svcd, now the problem is that i need a bit off cropping but tmpgENC wont let me open the final encoded movie it says its unsupported even though its svcd (mpeg2)

    you have mpeg-2 codec installed???

    should come with winDVD and powerDVD....
