    Hi
    I ripped a dvd to svcd using dvd2svcd, the problem is that the black border at the top off the movie is more than the one on bottom, it had permenant subtitles so it encoded with subs to, now because there is that border problem i cant fully see the subtitle and the pictures looks ugly, i guess i need cropping but how is this possible without any quality change and file difference.
