    I tried to use TMPGEnc to convert avi to mpeg1 but when i pressed run it came u with p3package.dll error.

    I tried to use main concept encoder and it converted the video but there was no audio!

    Any ideas.

    I have tried what you suggested using the XviD Codec. Within the properties of the avi file it now says divx but i tried to convert it again with TMPGEnc and it said that .dll error again.

    I think the file may be ntsc format and i am in the uk - wil this have any effect?
