Hi there!
It seems there has been a mistake while updating my Supervision 2500 firmware, and the player don't work anymore (it doesn't even power up!). Do you know any method to recover my firmware? I've downloaded the old version, but since the player doesn't power up I can't work it out. Is there a method to reset my player to factory settings?
Thanks!

other than asking the manufacturer for a download of the original version and borrowing an EPROM burner from someone, you're probably out of luck
all i can say is i'm glad i read this as i have the same model and was thinking of updating.. but as it seems to work mostly fine as it is (if a little inflexible) i think i'll leave it well alone. what was the update supposed to do?-= She sez there's ants in the carpet, dirty little monsters! =-
Back after a long time away, mainly because I now need to start making up vidcapped DVDRs for work and I haven't a clue where to start any more!
