dvd ?still pics?

hello all, i just went whitewater rafting and i bought the dvd for our trip

can anyone tell me a decent shareware that i can use to pull still pictures off of the dvd.

so that i can find the perfect picture?

WinDVD 5 can do it (jpg or bmp)
