Hello all,
This is the problem I have:
I have recorded a few things with Ati Multimedia Center in MPEG 2 format. All that needs to be done before I can create the DVD structure with DVD Maestro is de-multiplex the MPEG 2 file to an m2v video stream and an mp2 audio stream.
The recorded mpeg 2 files is PAL 720 x 576 25 fps, MPPEG 2 Audio 224 kbps.
I use the advanced demultiplex feature under mpeg tools in Tmpeg and then open up DVD Maestro. I import the video stream and add it to the title ... no problems ...
Then I import the video stream, it is parsed ok but then when I try and add it to the title it tells me the video stream is in NTSC. This is impossible since I have captured the original material in PAL Mpeg 2 and it hasn't been converted, only de-multiplexed ...
Why then does DVD Maestro seem to think it is NTSC 720 x 480 @ 29,97 fps ?
Does Tmpeg make an error when it writes the m2v header or what ?
Has anyone had the same problem, or can anyone help me out with this specific problem.
Thanks in advance,
Skaara![]()
