    I RECORDED A DVD ONTO A DVD +RW AND IT WORKED ON MY HOME DVD PLAYER, USING SVCD FORMAT. BUT WHEN I COPIED IT TO MY DVD +R DISC, IT DIDNT WORK. ANY SUGGESSTIONS ON WHAT FORMAT TO USE FOR A DVD +R DISC?

  3. Did you check the player list to see if your player plays dvd+r cause i know sony players will only play dvd+rw, dvd-rw and cdrw.

    I burn with Nero 6 ultra as dvd-video, and it played on my apex ad-1200 but not my jvc xv-n44sl. Not that it really matters much to me as I am going to stick with dvd-+/rw disks, I was just wondering if anyone had any feedback.

    Also, is the DVD in NTSC or PAL format? And will the JVC play both?

    The apex playes both no problem, the jvc is new but says it has a built in pal to ntsc converter, and has played all pal and ntsc so far.
