How can i create simple menu for SVCD ?

ok i have 2 mpegs i wanna put on the same CD-R they are SVCD created with DVD2SVCD and i wanna add a menu thats off the actuall DVD here is a screenshot of the menu as it shows up in DVD Shrink i need to know how to rip it off the DVD and then i wanna add it to my SVCD when i burn it i can choose what one of the 2 i wanna watch by using the menu

well...if you just want still images...you can capture those menus to .jpg using winDVD/powerDVD

What guide do you suggest i use

all i wanna do is add the still image of the pictire i showed above showing there is 2 movies to choose from

1. Frosty The Snowman
2. Frosty Returns

That way when i pop the svcd in my standalone i can hit the up or down button on my dvd remote and choose what movie (MPEG) i wanna watch

if you already use nero to burn your SVCDs, then i would suggest you use nero to make the menus...since all you want are simple still images....
