i have drawn over the movie in red to show what it should look like, you can see what is happpening when the movie is playing- but its all grey and pixelated and yuk. scene should show a guy in front seat of a car

any ideas how to make it work? i didnt download the movie, i scabbed it off someone ages ago.. part 1 of the movie is the same, except without the grey shading
