Hey guys, I've been working on doing a full conversion from SVCD to DVD. Due to much help from DJRumpy in a post in the advanced conversion section, I have gotten the video perfect! But, that leaves me with an audio problem.
Since there was a slight overlap at the end of each disk and the beginning of the next, as is common with svcd's, the video had to be trimmed. I used avisynth to do this, and it worked great. Now I need to figure out how to do the same to the audio. How do I trim a couple seconds off the beginning and/or ending of the audio files and put them together in order to match the video file?
I have searched the forum, and GoldWave was suggested, but I have no idea how to use it. If anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated.

If you used AVISynth, and the TRIM command, it will also trim your audio as well. This requires you to load all of your SVCD MPEG's into DVD2AVI (use the ADD button). The resulting .D2V file can be TRIMmed in AVISynth. The audio is trimmed with the video, so no overlap is kept.
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
