When I capture a song from a music DVD with DVD Decrypter I have the program Demux it to elementary streams (.m2v and .ac3). The ac3 file name always gives a delay figure (e.g. -283ms). I've often noticed when burning these to a DVD+RW that there is a sync problem between the audio and video. Does this delay have something to do with it? If so is there a way to change the delay to try to get it in sync with the video and how would I go about it? Thanks.
