What is the best way to burn a dvd movie using nero.
ISO or ISO/UDF or UDF or DVD-VIDEO
Ive always been using ISO/UDF but is that the best?

I usually use DVD-Video. No problems yet. I do know if you want to distribute your own work on DVD, you should ISO-UDF 1.02, it is practically universal playability.

Believe it or not, a LOT of DVD players don't conform to the DVD-Video disc standard.
Use, at least for NOW, UDF 1.02 - it's the most compatible at the moment.

I used to use the DVD-Video setting. worked on many players but a MAC. Used UDF/ISO (UDF 1.02), the iBook with AppleDVD now plays it wihtout a hitch.

Use UDF ver. 1.02, if that gives you problem then use ISO/UDF 1.02. A few players do not like just UDF, but in in general its a little more compatible with some systems.
