having problems installing software which came with A06

G'day, just purchased a pioneer DVRA06 burner, which came with Nero, Nero express, Mediastudio etc. My problem is that it won't install nero. It installs mediastudio ok, but then when nero comes to be installed an error message comes up and it stops installing. Then when I try to open something like videostudio5 which I have had installed for a while, it comes up with error in ffvfw.dll, close your computer and start again. It also happens with MediaStudio. None of my other burning programs support the pioneer drive. If anybody can help, it would be much appreciated.

Hmm maybe try running "ForceASPI" from the tools section , reboot then try installing the programs.

I just found what was causing it- there is actually a program on my programs list called "FFVFW". I don't know what it does but I uninstalled it and all the programs seem to open now.
