    does anybody know how to use vcdeasy or something to get music to play while the menu is there? im stuck here

    Menus are really nothing more than another MPEG (still or motion). Just encode your menu with music in TMPGenc (or other program as normal).

    so what your saying is i can endode a small animated mpg file with music and in nero use that as the menu!!,

    take a look at Ulead Movie Factory 2. Sounds like it will do what you want to do and is very easy to use.
