    Every time I insert a .AVI video file into TMPGEnc, I get this message.....cannot open or unsupported! I checked GSPOT and it show that I have the correct codec installed" MP43"

    Are there other codec's that will allow these types of video files to open??

    Do you have Divx and/or Xvid installed? They are also MP4 codecs.

    I don't think I have Xvid installed. I do have Divx and MP4 codecs. Is Xvid a .AVI codec?
