I know this topic has been hit on before, but I'd like to know more people's thoughts on the Pioneer A06 vs. the 106. I understand the 106 is the stripped down, bare drive (OEM), but is it a good idea to spend the extra 30+ bucks for the A06? Or would the 106 be the better buy?

It really depends on what software that you already have. If you already have software that can create dvd's,edit etc then you probably don't need the full version. However I have an A06 on order as I think I will need all the help I can get. Other than that the drives are the same
