After converting to mpg from vob files, the svcd kinda looks jumping on the tv. The weird thing is that i ripped a movie prior to this and used 1550 bitrate cbr on TMPGENC and it wasn't jumpy. Then i ripped another one, and converted into 3 cd's because it was to big to fit on 2, and i set the bitrate to 2250cbr. The first one, (1550cbr) wasn't jumpy at all, looked perfect. Then the second movie, (2250cbr) was extremely jumpy. It is because i set the bitrate too high or what.....is there a point where the bitrate is too much....
