    How can I make a vcd with an avi I have that is 352x176 20fps?
    I already used vurtualdub to strip out audio to wav at 44100mhz.
    when I use tmpgenc I get the audio but not the film.
    what template should I use? wide screen 16x9 or 4.3 letterbox?

    vcd is 4:3. 352x176 is exactly widescreen vcd. just add the black bars by using full screen (keep aspect ratio).
