Sorry here again.Having problems converting Xvid to DVD, i first ripped the audio to a WAV with Virtualdub then ran both through TMPGEnc to encode but i had a few corrupt frames so this shot the audio straight out.
Right so i read up and found that you can repair/remove bad frames with Vdub but it keeps tellin me that it cannot fetch a particular frame, its doin my sweed in.I have tried several programs to encode including Movie Factory 2 and burned with this aswell as Nero which just renders the disk un playable in my stand alone.Any help would be great![]()

I assume you tried this guide.
If that didn't work you can try editting the bad frames manually (Vdub should report where it is when it crashes), here's a guide.
IF that doesn't work try frameserving from Vdub to TMPGEnc, here's a guide.

I have tried the first two guides that you posted and thought you had cracked it for me with the third. So i had a go to no avail i first tried to check the file for errors with Vdub (i have encoded this file before and it went out of synch) but Vdub found no errors so it cant be bad frames that are throwing my audio out.Now i really am baffled. Any ideas? 8)

Use this to convert your xvid to DVD, CVD, or VCD.
For the divx file, try divfix to repair the file. -
