I ve just rip my first soundtrack from a 2-DVD set of Led Zeppelin. I have try all the besweet stuff, but it just too confusing.
1. Rip your VOB to harddisk using DVDdecrypt
2. Open the ripped VOB files in Goldwave
3. In Goldwave, do File>Save As> your mp3 format
walla, you are done. Now you have a burnable mp3 file of the movie you want. If you are having problem with save as mp3, do save as wav files, then burn it to cdr.
Good luck...

What if the dvd has several audio tracks? Doesn't goldwave select the first one?
You can also rip directly to ac3 with dvddecrypter and then convert to wav with goldwave
