hello
i wonder if some one can help me.
I have a dvd recorder Toshiba in My PC and i use dvd2one (v 1.2.0) and Nero 5.5.10.42 (using udf/iso 1.02 )to burm my movies on dvd-r.
The problem is that the burning work's great, no error's , always succesful, but during the viewing of the movie that i burn some times (like 20 times) the movie sotp's for some second during the playback (i use, different brand's of Dvd-r: vivastar, intenso,bellag001, etc....)
and later, if i wish to make a copy of the dvd-r recorder earlier when i'm ripping the dvd-r to the hard drive with Dvd decrypter it always give me a error message.
Can it be because iīm using Nero fo the burning ???
Can some one help me ??

1) check here: https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers to make sure your dvd player supports DVD-Rs
2) does the same problem occur if you play in your comp? what about a friend's DVD player?
3) how fast you burning? try burning at 1X
4) if you wanna copy a copy, don't need to use a ripper. just copy and paste the VIDEO_TS folder from the DVD to the hdd in windows explorer. -
i play my dvd~r in my PC , in a (fairly old) piooner dvd-rom drive, in my friend standalone's i really don't know , but i think it doesn't becauce they never said anything !?!?!?
I am using 1x speed (i canīt get the damm thing to work faster).
.. and can i copy the the VIDEO_TS folder without a dvd ripper ?!?!?i did not knew taht ?!?
Thanks poopyhead -
the big test is whether the problem occurs with other standalones and DVD-ROMs....
if it does occur, then there's something wrong with the DVD-R itself or the way it was burned.
if it doesn't occur on others, then it's your DVD-ROM that has the problem. -
First things first, try just UDF 1.02 instead of UDF/ISO, it makes the disc a bit more compatible for some, less for others depending on your player.
If its not having problem on a friend it sounds like maybe you player doesn't like your media, try a different brand. If it does then maybe its just bad media in general.
If problem persist on you and your friends players then I'd look into either the burn process or program.
